You don’t need another strict diet. Happeace helps you understand how you eat, identify what may be holding you back, and build small changes around your real life — your work, family, eating out, sleep and everyday routine.
不是叫你吃得完美。是帮你找到一个自己做得到、也能长期维持的吃法。
One meal. One habit. One realistic change.
很多时候,不是我们不知道什么叫健康,而是知道很多,却不知道怎样放进自己的生活。
They need a way of eating they can actually live with. Happeace starts by understanding your routine, hunger, eating environment and obstacles before deciding what to change.
Your plan has to work with your workday, family, local food options and the foods you actually enjoy.
We don’t change ten things at once. We identify the 1–3 changes most worth trying now.
The long-term goal is not to ask Sue whether every food is “allowed”. It is to become more confident making your own decisions.
Observe · Build · Order · Move · Adjust
Look at your real day first — meals, hunger, sleep, work and eating environment.
Build the whole meal with protein, vegetables/fibre, carbs and fats.
Where useful, adjust meal order, sweet foods and timing — without turning food into rules.
Find realistic post-meal movement that fits your day. It does not need to be a workout.
Review what actually worked, change what didn’t, and keep the plan realistic.
“We’re not only looking at what is on your plate. We’re also looking at the life that makes you eat this way.”Happeace coaching principle
A Personal Eating Map helps you know what to do across real situations — breakfast, eating out, busy days, snacks, desserts, weekends and family meals.
喜欢 nasi lemak、饭、面或甜点,不代表第一步就是把它们全部拿掉。我们先看它们怎样出现在你的生活里,再决定怎样调整。

Small changes. A healthier everyday.
Sue / HappeaceHappeace began with healthy meal service experience. Over time, I kept seeing the same thing: many people already know what “healthy” sounds like, but they don’t know how to make it work around work, family, eating out and everyday life.
I’m still learning too — reading, comparing evidence, testing practical habits in real life, and keeping what is useful. Happeace is not about making every meal perfect. It is about turning complicated health information into small changes you can actually live with.
One meal. One habit. One realistic change at a time.

We keep what works and change what does not.
No. Happeace is not a low-carb programme. We look at the whole meal, portion, your routine and what is realistic for you.
Not necessarily. Portion awareness can be useful, but the core of Happeace is not making you log every mouthful.
You receive a Personal Eating Map. It is designed to help you make choices across different situations rather than prescribe an identical Monday-to-Sunday menu.
No. If you mainly eat out, your plan should be built around eating out.
Yes. We can look at frequency, portion, timing and the role sweet foods play in your overall eating pattern without turning them into “forbidden foods”.
You may still benefit from general healthy-eating education, but diagnosed diabetes, glucose-lowering medication, kidney disease and other complex conditions may require a manual suitability review and continued care from your doctor or qualified dietitian.
No. Happeace does not diagnose or treat disease, provide Medical Nutrition Therapy, manage medication or replace appropriate healthcare.
